It's called the 'Great Ice Storm of 1998,' for good reason. The incredible storm that lasted several days in January, wreaked havoc in northern New England as well as New York and parts of Canada. If you lived through it, you remember it...very well.

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation posted some photos of the storm on their Facebook page. Massive damage and widespread outages were reported with some 800,000 acres of land damaged in New Hampshire.
