A NH Favorite for Seafood Actually Serves a Killer Eggplant Parm Panini

You wouldn’t think a popular New Hampshire seafood restaurant that’s known for their award-winning Lobster Rolls would be the place to find a tasty Eggplant Parm Panini, but believe me, it is!

The other day, I just happened to stop into The Beach Plum on Lafayette Road in Portsmouth because I was going to grab a quick salad for lunch. But, that plan was quickly nixed when I saw their special board advertising an Eggplant Parm Panini. I love eggplant parmesan so I had try it. It's obvious that a lot of people love The Beach Plum, almost all the tables were full and there were many people in line ordering their lunch.

Once my order was complete and I got in my car, I couldn’t get home fast enough. The sandwich was calling my name the entire car ride home. Truth be told, I did steal a couple of French fries while I was stopped at a red light!

Once home, I ripped open that Beach Plum bag and tore into that sandwich like I hadn’t eaten in a month. It was so good, so cheesy, just the right amount of sauce and the bread was thick and toasty!

I have now started following the Beach Plum on Facebook just to see their daily specials and I’ve already been back for other Eggplant Parmesan Panini’s!
