Are Mass. Native Ben Affleck and J-Lo Giving Love a 2nd Shot?

Alert:  A Bennifer Sighting Has Happened in Miami!

Could a second chance be in the air for Jennifer Lopez and Massachusetts native Ben Affleck?  The two were spotted in a rental home in Miami according to pagesix.com.  The former exes may be reuniting.  They recently spent some time in Montana together.  Lopez is currently working in Miami and Ben was spotted smoking a cig and getting some fresh air from the balcony of their rental home.  Jennifer Lopez was also photographed the same day on the same balcony.

Can you Ever Go Back?

The two were quite the couple back when they shocked the world by abruptly canceling their upcoming marriage in 2003 according to pagesix.com.  I say you can go back.  My wife and I are often puzzled by the “how long have you been married?” We say however many years it is and then say “minus 3” because we got divorced and got back together and remarried 3 years later.  I think the old saying “you don’t know what you have till you lose it” isn’t just corny, it’s true.  My wife and I are completely different people and got married when we were really young. While divorced, we each saw people that were very much like what we thought we wanted.  People whose interests aligned with our own.  We quickly realized what we were missing, and she is truly my better half and thinks I am hers.

Happily Ever After

Personally, I think Ben looks better in these photos taken in Miami than he has in the shots we have seen of him in the last couple years.  If they are back together, I wish them both all the happiness in the world.  If it’s meant to be, it’s meant to be. I read somewhere that Ben always felt J-Lo was the one that got away.
