Missed the Festival? These 16 New England Food Trucks Are Still on the Road
If you ask me, one of the best parts of summer is tracking down food truck festivals! There's something so fun about grabbing lunch from one truck, dessert from another, and discovering local businesses you might not have tried otherwise.
This past Fourth of July weekend in Ashland, New Hampshire, 16 different food trucks kicked of their Independence Day festivities.
But don't worry! If you missed it, you still have a chance to try these meals & treats on wheels.
Here are the 16 Food Trucks that were at Ashland, New Hampshire's 2026 Independence Day Celebration:
1. Arlene's Asian Kitchen
Wolfeboro, NH
Lingli Huang of Arlene's Asian Kitchen serves up authentic Chinese food made with fresh ingredients. Everything is made from scratch.
She told WMUR that she was inspired to start her business by her mother's cooking and her son's appetite for Chinese food.
"I wrap, I make my homemade wraps… It's a lot of work," Huang said.
2. Dave's New England Food Co.
Bartlett, NH
"Our mission here at Dave's New England Food Co. is to provide small batch, high quality foods from our family to yours."
Gourmet popcorn, fluffy cotton candy & fresh-squeezed lemonade!
3. Loaded TOTZ "nuff said"
