Athletes and Fans at a New Hampshire High School Save the Day by Singing the National Anthem

Set, Spike, Win! That was our team cheer back in my high school volleyball days! Volleyball has always been one of those sports that I love to watch and play. Well, maybe not play these days!

This is some school spirit right here in Weare, New Hampshire. Members of the volleyball teams and the crowd rose to the challenge last Friday when the PA system failed at John Stark Regional High School. The video, which was shot by Kim Bergeron and shared on WMUR's social media pages show a portion of the crowd and athletes singing the Star Spangled Banner.

Those in the gym belted out our National Anthem and some of it was caught on video. By the way, if you're wondering, John Stark beat Souhegan High by a score of 3-1.
