Best Place to Camp in America: Massachusetts

HipCamp, one of the newest and best websites for finding camping, glamping, and other unique stays, came out with a list of the "50 Best Campgrounds in America."  Think of Hipcamp as an Airbnb, but for camping. People have crazy cabins and as simple as $15 tent sites out back of their 200-acre property.

According to the list, one of the best 50 campgrounds in America is in Massachusetts: the Salamander Hollow Healing Habitat, which is a crazy name but has nothing to do with what this campground offers.

This campground has multiple different "glamping" shelter options, and the opportunity to rent all of them at once, and have all four cabins and 17 acres to yourself.

"Cabin" 2: The Forest ZZ Library, A Tipi, and a Pizza Oven. Yes, all of those things are on the same campsite. You can curl up and read in the library, make homemade pizza, and snuggle into your tipi after all of it. 100% approval over 165 reviews.

Cabin 3: The Tully Island 1940s Shack. You have to paddle out 5-7 minutes to a private island to get there.

Cabin 4: The Beehive Cabin, Sleep Library, and Tipe. This campsite was a finalist in the Best of Hipcamp 2022.
