I spend way too much time on TikTok. Like seriously, it consumes more hours of my average week than I'm willing to admit to even myself. However, all that time staring into my phone does have its perks- like finding and being able to share videos like this.

People that live outside of the New England states like to group our accents together, don't they? 'They all sound the same!' they'll say to me. No, that's not true. Mainers sound different than Granite Staters who sound different than Massho- I mean, people from Massachusetts.

Ratings are based on six categories: affordability, weather, safety, economy, education and health, and quality of life. From those rankings, we selected the top 50. Readers who live in California and Florida will be unsurprised to learn that many of towns featured here are in one of those two states.
