Winter ‘Night Lights’ Starts This Month at the New England Botanic Garden

I love finding unique date nights or family night out ideas in the Northeast.

The Seacoast is loaded with these kinds of fun nights out, and I honestly doubt everywhere else in the country has the same opportunities.

If you have never been to the famous night lights at the New England Botanic Garden in Boylston, Massachusetts, this has to be your year.

This is a massive display of holiday and bright lights across 171 acres in the Botanic Garden.

Simply put, it is breathtaking. Don't believe me? That is fine, no big deal...

You can believe the nearly 70,000 people who visit every year, though.

This year's theme at the garden will be starry skies, which does seem fitting, as there will be a 100-foot-long winter lights tunnel that will surround you as you walk through it.

If the 100-foot-long walk is not enough for you, there is plenty more, like a Secret Garden for a galaxy of choreographed, lit orbs.

And if those two things are not enough, like I said, it makes a great family night or date night, so there is more to do. According to a Boston Uncovered article:

In addition to the magical lights displays, find firepits for cozying up, s’mores stations, and seasonal beverages from the Farmer and the Fork Café! The property will also have a glowing model train display and two winter trees built from living bromeliad plants in the conservatories!

"Tickets are $25 for adults, $22 for seniors (65+), $15 for kids 4-12-years-old and free for kids 3 and under," according to a Boston Uncovered article. "Reduced ticket prices are available to garden members, and ticket prices are slightly higher for peak dates."
