You've probably heard the myth that red cars get pulled over the most, right?

Well, it is a MYTH for a reason - it's not true.

According to a Valley Collision article, white cars get pulled over the most, but only because there are more of them on the road.

One thing that is not a myth is that certain vehicles receive more speeding tickets than others.

The 5 Cars that get the Most Speeding Tickets:

#1. The Subaru BRZ.

According to an Insurify article, nearly one in every four drivers of the Subaru BRZ has at least one speeding ticket. 23.9% is such a large number of drivers of one car to have a speeding ticket...talk about an easy target.

Plus it just looks like a fast car.

#2.The Hyundai Genesis Coupe.

According to Insurify, 21.9% of drivers who own this vehicle also have at least one speeding ticket. And even though the vehicle doesn't seem to have the sports car swagger, in my opinion, over 1/5 of drivers have a speeding ticket...

#3. The Volkswagen GTI.

This one may shock people, because of its small frame, but do not let it fool you. Small cars can whip...and over 18% of drivers have been caught because of it.

#4. The Ceverloet Cruze Limited

This is the most shocking. With an MSRP of just over 16K, and horsepower of 138, this might be in the top five because of the number of drivers.

#5. The Nissan 35OZ

Now this one checks out. The agile sports car started with 287 horsepower ...then managed to bring it to 306.

So these cars can drive fast. Real fast...but fair warning...they can also be a magnet for police.
