Christmas Queen Mariah Carey Spotted at Boston, Massachusetts, Restaurant
Did you see the spectacular "Merry Christmas One and All!" show at the TD Garden in Boston this week? It was Mariah Carey's tour that brought 20,000 fans to the venue, but it was something entirely different that brought one superstar to this North End eatery.
After her festive and fabulous show, the Queen of Christmas went out to dinner. Where do many performers and athletes go following a show or game? Boston's North End, of course, just down the street from the TD Garden.
Mariah was spotted at Strega North End, posing for a photo with owner Nick Varano of the Varano Group. The post features Carey dressed in black pants, a black shirt, and a black leather jacket.
The comments are all positive too, raving about the show and what a gem she is for all of us to see perform or out in our neighborhoods.
Mariah Carey isn't the only celebrity to visit the North End, nor Strega's.
The UFC's Dana White, Boston Celtics stars Jaylen Brown and Jason Tatum, Akon, Alan Iverson, Derek Jeter, and Jack Harlow are some of the more recent celebs who have visited Strega North End in particular. But other stars have opted for the many fine Italian dining spots all over Boston's iconic Italian neighborhood, the North End.
"All I Want for Christmas is You" is Carey's legendary holiday song, which has been the #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 song for the past four years. It's a perennial favorite since its release in 1994 as a hopeful and happy song for the ages.
Merry Christmas to you, Mariah. Thanks for visiting Boston. Come back next year, please.
