If you’ve ever made a quick stop at a Common Man Roadside, you already know… it’s not your typical gas station run.

And now, they’re adding another one.

Common Man Roadside is officially planning its eighth location, and this one’s going right into Concord.

This new location is expected to be around 6,000 square feet, which means it’s going to have that full “Roadside” feel, part market, part deli, part quick stop… and honestly, part “how did I just spend $40 in here without realizing it?”

Because let’s be real, you don’t walk into a Common Man Roadside just for gas.

You go in for one thing… and suddenly you’ve got fresh-made sandwiches, snacks for later, maybe something from the bakery case, and somehow a drink you didn’t plan on grabbing.

This new location will also include gas service, making it even more of a one-stop shop, whether you’re heading into Concord, commuting through, or just need a quick bite that doesn’t feel like fast food.

Right now, the plan is for it to open in October, which means just in time for fall foliage drives, football weekends, and those random “I need to get out of the house” road trips.

And honestly… it feels like exactly the kind of place New Hampshire keeps leaning into — local, convenient, and just a little bit better than what you’d expect from a roadside stop.
