Dangerous Icy Road Conditions, Power Outages Expected With Freezing Rain in NH
First was the snow, then comes the rain.
According to WMUR, it's going to get pretty icy across the state as freezing rain starts to fall.
And that means the roads are going to get real slick, real quick. In fact, the National Weather Service wrote in a Facebook post that this weather is going to make for dangerous travel conditions and to avoid going out.
WMUR also reported that the freezing rain and icing could lead to downed tree limbs and power outages. Better make sure your devices are charged in case of an emergency.
Luckily, all the snow and freezing rain should end tonight, the news station said, and that means a nice and clear Sunday.
Just enough time for all of us to regroup before the predicted Monday snowstorm.
But hey, this is New England, what else would you expect?
