Fire and Spice announced that they are relocating their deliciousness to the Garrison City at 47 Washington Street in Dover! Their menu is 97% plus scratch and made to order with the exception of their pasta, which comes from Terra Cotta Pasta Co. Dover and Lamarca & Sons Bakery Products.

They cater to all food allergies and sensitivities, and offer a VERY extensive gluten-free menu. Their chef/co-owner is allergen-certified.

They also run terrific daily specials, and have placed in the top three in the Best of the Seacoast Community's Choice Awards in the last three years (in the categories of Best Happy Hour, Best Wine List, Best Cocktail Menu, Family Friendly, Best Martini, Best Vegetarian/Vegan/Gluten Free, Best All Around Restaurant, Best Tavern, and Best Chicken).

I scanned their menu online, and many items caught my eye. The Big Sexy Burger is calling my name (mostly because of its funny name).

They are now open for business! Be sure to give them a follow on Facebook to stay in the loop! I can't wait to try it.
