‘Dirty Dancing’ Remake Heading to Television

A remake of the classic 80's movie is getting ready to hit your television screen.

Not many details have been released, but rumor has it the iconic 1987 movie starring Patrick Swayze and Jennifer Grey is undergoing a makeover for a three-hour TV event.

What we do now is Abigail Breslin has been offered the role of 'Baby' (the role played in the movie by Jennifer Grey). Breslin is best known for 'Little Miss Sunshine' and currently stars in 'Scream Queens.'

No release date for the TV event has been announced. In the meantime, enjoy a little Swayze/Grey magic!
