Mark Wahlberg is no stranger to fitness.

The 51-year-old actor, born in Dorchester, Massachusetts, arguably looks better at 51 than he did in his teenage years.

Why?

A strict daily schedule that will shock you.

Marky Mark is known for his fitness and physique, along with his acting. The Hollywood Hulk has recently been more known for being the outspoken Chief Brand Officer for F-45.

Starting out in Australia, F45 is a functional 45-minute workout, combining elements of high-intensity interval training (HIIT), circuit training, and functional training.

And the workouts kick a$$. This past week, all around the globe, F-45 members were doing workouts created and planned by Mark Wahlberg himself.

“I believe F45 is the world’s best workout and it’s one of the many reasons I’m so involved in the company,” said Mark Wahlberg, F45 Chief Brand Officer in a Business Wire article. “I love popping up in studios all over the world and getting face time with members and bringing out their inner beast mode. Gunnar and I created these workouts to focus on every body part with specific muscle group movements and I hope everyone gets the chance to test them out. Plus, you get to challenge yourself and members around the world all throughout the week.”

So after I participated in this week's classes, again inspired and created by Wahlberg, I decided to see what it would take to look like the Funky Bunch man.

Turns out it is a lot, and starts at 2:30 am.

It is not just his workout schedule that makes Mark Wahlberg, Mark Wahlberg. It's a very detailed, and very early start to the day.
