Dover Parking Lot Closed Permanently. Here’s Where You Can Park.

Finding a good parking spot in Dover just gets a little more challenging tomorrow. The  Locust Street parking lot will close permanently starting Friday, May 4th.  A press release says the closure is in conjunction with the development of the adjacent parcels...including additional spaces on Washington St. and the expansion of the intersection of Chestnut St. and Washington St.

The City of Dover Facebook page says parking spaces on St. Thomas Street, between the Dover District Court and the McConnell Center, will be available after 5 p.m.  weekdays and all day on Saturday and Sunday.

And keep in mind the parking garage on Orchard Street is also available.
