I have been finding hidden gems in New England left and right as of late - which is crazy to me because I have lived in New England for nearly 30 years.

Just last week, I found out the Pez Factory was in New England, featuring the world's largest Pez Dispenser. The place is so cool.

This week, I found out that Massachusetts has a Dr. Seuss Museum. Oh, the places I'm about to go...

Dr. Seuss Museum, Springfield, Massachusetts:

The Dr. Seuss Museum in Springfield is FAR more than a museum - it is a whole day of experiencing.

There are many areas to explore at the Dr. Seuss Museum in Massachusetts.

Outside of the museum is a Dr. Seuss-themed playground - it is more of a sculpture garden. But it is a beautiful walk through with characters from Dr. Suess's books and movies.

Inside of the museum are reading rooms, other sculptures to look at and take pictures with, and even Dr. Seuss's (Ted Geisel's) artwork and other collections of the famed author.

Check out more info on the Seuss in Springfield website. The museum is open 10 - 5 Tuesday - Saturday and 11 - 5 on Sunday.
