Easter Bunny to Drop 1,500 Eggs From a Helicopter in Londonderry, New Hampshire This Weekend
The Easter Bunny has a very busy couple of weeks ahead of him. Of course, the big day isn’t until Sunday, April 17th, but Mr. Bunny is making the rounds before then.
One of his stops is a big one. This Saturday, April 9th, he’ll be in Londonderry, New Hampshire. Specifically at the Aviation Museum of New Hampshire. And since it is at an aviation museum what better place for him than up in a helicopter.
Fully equipped with 1,500 delicious chocolate easter eggs and other candies, the Easter bunny will be dropping them to chocolate-hungry kiddos below.
(Think about that Thanksgiving WKRP episode but with less carnage. If you aren’t familiar with that reference, ask your folks.)
It’s all going down at the Aviation Museum of New Hampshire located at 27 Navigator Road at 11 am. The museum has a large open field for the eggs to fall. Once they've dropped the kids will be split into age groups and then able to hunt in the grass for as many eggs and sweets as they can carry.
The Easter fun doesn’t stop there, after all the candy has been found families can go into the museum to meet the one and only Easter Bunny himself after he returns from the sky until 1 pm.
There really is no better way to get in the spring season mood and get excited for Easter than an event like this! This event is free thanks to the generosity of sponsors and the event happens this Saturday, April 9th. For full details click here.
