There is no way I am the only one who is mad at this.

If you are a true Boston Bruins fan, you already have started to boycott Boston 25 News.

"WOAH...Logan, these are harsh words. Boycotting a News station...WHY?!"

I'll tell you why.

See this picture below. What do you see? A person holding the Stanley Cup? A person holding the cup on Cape Cod?

I see an EX-BRUINS COACH flaunting the Stanley Cup the year the Boston Bruins were supposed to win it.

Now, I am not actually posting the post from Boston 25 News. However, they posted one of these pictures with the caption, "Way to go, coach! Just more than a year after being fired by the Bruins, Bruce Cassidy celebrated his Stanley Cup win with Vegas on the beach on Cape Cod yesterday."

Okay, this is NOT our coach anymore. AND HE WON IT WITH A DIFFERENT TEAM – NOT THE BOSTON BRUINS.

I am being half facetious and dramatic, but half of me is very serious.

This is Bruce Cassidy, former coach of the Boston Bruins, celebrating his Stanley Cup year on Cape Cod in Massachusetts.

Why is this a big deal and a major slap in the face?

Cassidy was fired by the Bruins organization after six seasons, nearly 250 wins, and a Stanley Cup Final appearance in 2019.

After being fired, the Vegas Golden Knights scooped up Cassidy as their head coach, and in less than one year with the team, he was able to secure the franchise's first Championship.

Cassidy was a solid coach. But we do not need to congratulate him publicly for flexing the trophy on our turf. I mean, in our own state...what a shame.
