Exciting New Hampshire Coaster Takes You Through a Forest in the Winter

Once the holidays are over, it’s really easy for the winter doldrums to set in. I’m always looking for something fun to do, and since the last time I went skiing I ended up on my butt down the entire mountain, trying to find other options can be hard.

I found something that looks super fun and you may want to try it out, too!

There’s a winter coaster at Gunstock Mountain Resort in Gilford, and Onlyinyourstate.com checked it out and it looks amazing.

The coaster goes up and down through the forest and takes off from there, according to the article, and there are turns around banked corners, exciting drops and 360 degree views.

How long does this coaster ride last? It’s about 6 minutes long and spans a 4,100 foot track!

Onlyinyourstate.com says that riders have control of their own brakes so you can take it at your own pace. The maximum speed of the coaster is 25mph!

Gunstock Mountain Resort is located at 719 Cherry Valley Rd. in Gilford, New Hampshire.

According to the site, you can access the coaster with any 2 hour tubing ticket and the BEST part? You can ride the track an unlimited amount of times!
