Finally, Some Happy News: Couple Gets Engaged on Hampton Beach

I am a hopeless romantic and I never get tired of hearing proposal stories. This one is pure gold. Not only will Emily Mangieri remember this moment for the rest of her life but so will everyone who was on Hampton beach last week!

Emily and Mike were visiting Hampton Beach on a family vacation, they are originally from New York. According to Seacoast Online, a plane flew overhead with the message, “Emily Mangieri, will you marry me?”

Mike hired the plane to make a big impression and mission accomplished! Emily's son Anthony noticed the plane first and said to his mom "Look up!"

The minute Emily noticed it she burst into (happy) tears, according to Seacoast Online, and she turned to see her new fiancee down on one knee right there in the sand! And of course SHE SAID YES!

Mike has been coming to Hampton, New Hampshire, ever since he was little and tried lobster for the first time at Little Jack's Seafood, the news site reported. It added that over the past seven years Mike and Emily have been coming to Hampton for vacations so it seemed like the perfect spot to pop the question.
