Everyone likes free, especially me and this free event is in my new hometown Rochester or as I like to call it Ro-Chio.  Looking for something to do with the kids to celebrate the 4th of July?  According to fosters.com head on over to the Rochester Fireworks Festival on July 3rd.  This FREE family fun evening will be held from 6-10 pm and will have tons of fun stuff for the kiddos.

According to fosters.com, this year’s event will feature Wildlife Encounters, face painting, food trucks and so much more.  Bring your own beach chair or spread a blanket out to relax while watching some spectacular fireworks brought to you by a wonderful group of volunteers from the community and Rochester Main Street.  Just a note that the organizers of this event are urging attendees to leave their pets at home.  As many are aware, fireworks can terrify some animals so it’s best to leave them home to enjoy a quiet evening while you watch the show.

The Fireworks are set to start at 9:30 pm so claim your spot early.
