Goodbye Salty!

It happens after every season, even those that end with an improbable World Series Championship. I get it. But it still bums me out. With the signing of the equally difficult to spell A.J. Pierzynski (and David Ross still with the club) it is a forgone conclusion that Jarrod Saltalamacchia has played his last game with the Red Sox. Thanks for helping Boston to the top of the heap and good luck wherever you land, Salty!
