Guacamole is one of my all-time favorite things. Believe it or not...I didn't eat it until I was 30 years old! I still remember thinking it was the most amazing thing I'd ever eaten in my life. I wanted to put guac on EVERYTHING!

And I did! I had it on everything...burgers, eggs, burritos. You name it...I put it on everything. I ate guacamole like it was going out of style. But I noticed there were different kinds of guacamole...depending on where you got it, and who was making it, it may be smooth and creamy. Or chunky with lots of onions. Some had spicy peppers. While another was bland and kind of pasty. So I talked to a lot of different people over the course of a couple years...and over the course of that time I perfected my own recipe.

I've never shared this recipe with anyone. But I've finally decided to give it to you. Feel free to mess around with it...add and subtract as you wish. But I promise...if you stick to this basic recipe, your friends will BEG you to make this for every party you attend.
