Halloween is officially here, which means that it's once again time for the beloved annual Portsmouth Halloween Parade.
Speaking from experience, this popular parade is not only an awesome time (plus a free excuse to dress up), but super easy for any and everyone to participate in. Here's what you need to know, according to the Parade's website:
What day and time is the Portsmouth Halloween Parade?
The parade will be happening tonight, October 31, at 7pm.
Who can participate?
Come one, come all. Everyone is invited to dress up and walk in the parade. You're also welcome to stand on the sidelines and enjoy the festivities from there. Either way, everyone's bound to have a fun and memorable time.
Do you have to sign up to participate?
The parade is a free event for all, and no sign-up is required to take part in the festivities.
Where do participants meet to walk?
People will be gathering at Pierce Island, just over the bridge from Prescott Park. According to the map below, participants can start showing up at 6pm.
