Hernandez Suspect Held On $1 Million Dollars Bail [NEWS]

(Conway,N.H.) - 34 year old Nathaniel Kibby of Gorham has been ordered held on $1 Million dollars cash bail in connection with the kidnapping of Abigail Hernandez on October 9th of last year. A probable cause hearing was set for August 12th. Abby and her mother were both seated in the front row of the courtroom in Conway. After the hearing Assistant Attorney General Jane Young told the media that Kibby's home in Gorham is currently being searched. and if there is additional evidence that other crimes have been committed, those charges will be brought.
