Losing a loved one is painful, but for many it's how you continue to remember them that heals you. A Taunton farm is giving us a great way to do just that.

Deep Pond Farm and Stables, a local favorite, is not only giving you a way to remember a lost loved one but also create a legacy of helping others through its "A Tree in Loving Memory" program.

This is the fourth year that the farm is doing this and every year it grows. So far this year, it already has 92 people as of this writing that have signed up for a remembrance tree.

You can sign up for one of these Memorial Trees now and your tree will be showcased starting November 26 when the farm opens for the season.

"Last year we donated to Taunton High School, East Taunton Elementary, Martin Middle and over 140 families in need were all donated to thanks to last years donations for these trees," said Georges Ghazal of Deep Pond Farm.

Remembrance trees are not new to the area; you may have seen these before including in Wareham's Besse Park as well as various memorial trees in Dartmouth.
