Jaw-Dropping Water Ski Shows in Sanford, Maine, Are Free
Maine Attraction is the only water ski show team in the state that puts on regular shows for the community and beyond.
These shows in July are free and spectacular. This is a non-profit, family-oriented organization. The team has put on unique, entertaining, and skilled water ski shows for over 30 years.
This team is unbelievable! They do it all, from barefoot water skiing to human pyramids, jumps, and more! The team competes annually in the Eastern Region Show Ski Tournament, held at the end of July. In 2021, they hosted the tournament and were the 2021 Eastern Region Champions!
You can see the Maine Attraction water ski team every Thursday in July at Number One Pond in Sanford!

Maine Attraction also puts on adaptive water ski clinics!
Cheer on the participants and watch the joy on their faces! These clinics provide the experience of water skiing to those who are physically disabled. Perfect participants would include those who are wheelchair-bound or with various medical conditions such as a stroke, birth defects, cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, amputee, and more. All participants must be under 175 lbs, over the age of seven, and capable of being fully submerged in water! Contact them now to save your spot! These events are free of cost!

It's a good idea to get to Number One Pond at least a half hour early for the show, so that you can snag good parking and good seating. There is pre-show entertainment that starts a half-hour before showtime! Number One Pond is on William Oscar Emery Drive in Sanford, Maine (down the hill behind Hannaford). Bring a blanket or chair to sit on!
Remember, shows are FREE!
Since this is a non-profit, they gladly accept donations to help pay for gas, upkeep of equipment and boats, new costumes, and more! If a show needs to be canceled or postponed due to weather, an announcement will be made on Facebook two hours before showtime.
