Apparently everyone and their mother is in this new Netflix movie that is filming in Massachusetts called "Don't Look Up". Meryl Streep, Leonardo DiCaprio and Arianna Grande, Cate Blanchett, Jonah Hill and Jennifer Lawrence are just a few members of the all star cast.

According to WCVB, the movie is written and directed by Adam McKay, who wrote "The Big Short" and "Ant-Man." The site explains the movie is about two  of astronomers who are trying to let everyone know that the human race is in big trouble because a big @$$ meteorite is headed straight for earth!

The site explains that they were filming in Brockton. If you're not a Masshole like myself, Brockton is considered the South Shore and is about a 35 minute drive from Boston without traffic. Over the past decade I have noticed that a lot of Hollywood production is taking place in small towns in Massachusetts and I think it's very random but also exciting. Can you imagine seeing Leo strolling around the South Shore Plaza on his lunch break? I would die!

Last week they were filming an explosion scene and poor JLaw got a shard of glass to the eye lid! The cut would not stop bleeding and they had to shut down production indefinitely, the site states.  I'm wishing my girl a speedy recovery. That sounds very painful! No word on if the production delay will affect the release date.
