Manchester, New Hampshire is Zillow’s Most Popular City of 2024
We already know New Hampshire is a state many people are moving to, not from, and Zillow's recent report adds fuel to the fire.
Granite Staters know it's a great place to live, not only for the mountains and lakes, but also the seacoast, and rivers.
Halfway between the capital of Concord, New Hampshire, and the Massachusetts border lies the city of Manchester.
Despite homeless and drug problems, which officials are working diligently to ease, the city of Manchester is booming.
Queen City Crowned
Zillow.com has named Manchester, New Hampshire the most popular place in the country for real estate sellers and buyers. Although home prices are up by 7.3% this year, it's still more affordable than Boston or it's suburbs.
Zillow determines the ranking "by analyzing housing metrics in cities across the country 'that reflect consumer demand,' including page-view traffic, home value growth and how quickly homes sell."

Something for Everyone in NH
However, there are few place where you can boast about great skiing and hiking mountains, lakes reaching from the mountain tops into the valleys, a gorgeous coastal on the Atlantic ocean, and a northern border next to another country, Canada.
New Hampshire has it all, with the Queen City taking the crown this year in real estate.
