Mary’s Dogs Rescue Opens New Home For Rescued Pups in Barrington, NH
If you've been around here for a while, you probably know I'm a dog mom to three: a Saint Bernard, a Pug and a Husky mix who is my rescue girl. Animals aren't just pets to me... they're family, comfort and, honestly, a little piece of my soul.
That's why I have such a soft spot for the organizations working behind the scenes to rescue animals and give them the love, safety and second chances they deserve.
Naturally, this one caught my eye.

Mary’s Dogs Rescue & Adoption is opening the doors to its new home at 12 Commerce Way in Barrington, and the community is invited to celebrate with them.
The nonprofit has been rescuing dogs and helping connect them with loving families throughout New England for years. Now, the organization is settling into a new space designed to help continue the mission.

As stated on their website, "Mary’s Dogs Rescue & Adoption works with rescue partners in the South to save homeless dogs and help them find loving forever homes in New Hampshire and throughout New England. Once the dogs arrive in New Hampshire, they receive the necessary medical care and support before being matched with adoptive families."

Mary’s Dogs recently shared that its new sign is officially in the ground, marking an exciting milestone after months of work from its team and volunteers.

The public is invited to tour the new facility during an open house on Sunday, September 20, from 1 to 4 p.m. A ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place at 2 p.m.
Visitors will have the opportunity to check out the new space, learn more about the organization and celebrate what the community has helped make possible.
And clearly, this is a milestone Mary’s Dogs knows it couldn't have reached alone. In its announcement, the organization thanked its supporters, saying, “We truly would not be here without you!”

As someone who knows firsthand how much a rescue pup can become part of your family, I love seeing a new space dedicated to helping even more dogs find that same kind of happy ending.
