The European Space Agency's unmanned Rosetta probe successfully released a lander toward the surface of a comet and a historic rendezvous with the fast-moving lump of dust and ice. Vermont police detective arrested
A Colchester police detective is accused of taking drugs and a firearm from a police evidence locker. Corporal Tyler Kinney was arrested on Monday and is on unpaid administrative leave.
