Boston Marathon bomber shows emotion for 1st time at trial
Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev showed emotion for the first time at his trial as his aunt sobbed uncontrollably on the witness stand. The 21-year-old Tsarnaev grabbed a tissue and dabbed his eyes and cheeks Monday as his aunt became so upset that she was unable to testify on his behalf. Testimony in the penalty phase of the trial is scheduled to resume today.

Police: Stolen credit cards used in $20K mall shopping spree
A Manchester woman is warning shoppers to be on the lookout after a thief snatched her wallet out of her shopping cart last week and spent $20,000 in less than two hours.
Rosalind Fellbaum's purse was in her cart at a Bedford Marshall's last Thursday when she noticed her wallet was missing. Police say the group of alleged suspects were captured on surveillance video, left with Fellbaum's credit cards and went on a spending spree at a Manchester mall. Police warn that those responsible could be traveling through the area and working as a team.

Kelley Trial expected to begin Friday
A New Hampshire woman who fled the state with her 8-year-old daughter more than a decade ago amid a custody dispute is expected to go on trial on Friday. Genevieve Kelley is accused of custodial interference. Last month, a grand jury indicted the Kelley on five new custodial interference and witness tampering charges. She was scheduled to be arraigned on those charges yesterday, but that was postponed until later in the week.
