Onto South Carolina
Most of the Republican presidential candidates are heading to South Carolina, following yesterday's first-in-the-nation New Hampshire primary. South Carolina holds its GOP primary Feb. 20. But Chris Christie said last night that he's heading back to New Jersey to "take a deep breath" and review whether to keep at it. Christie trailed behind GOP winner Donald Trump, followed by John Kasich and three other candidates. Meanwhile, Democrats hold caucuses in Nevada the same day South Carolina holds its Republican primary, on Feb. 20. And Hillary Clinton's campaign is hoping she she'll start to show a stronger performance. Clinton lost to Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders in yesterday's New Hampshire primary by roughly 21 percentage points, and Clinton barely beat Sanders in the Iowa caucuses.
