Strong aftershocks
Strong aftershocks have been rattling central Italy and have shut down a key route into the hard-hit town of Amatrice. Some crumbled buildings in the city cracked even further after this morning's big aftershock that the U.S. Geological Service says was 4.7 in magnitude. Hopes are dimming that firefighters will find any more survivors. At least 267 people are confirmed dead.

Clinton and Trump accusing each other of bigotry
Are Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump trying to win over minority voters by labeling the other candidate as racist? Clinton is accusing Trump of "taking hate groups mainstream and helping a radical fringe take over one of America's two major political parties." Trump is accusing Democrats of being "very disrespectful" to African-Americans. On Wednesday, Trump labeled Clinton a "bigot."
