New England Woman Wins Grammy
You may not know her name, but you sure know her songs!
Congratulations to Lori McKenna of Massachusetts. Lori walked away with a Grammy last night for 'Best Country Song.'
Lori McKenna of Stoughton, Mass is waking up this morning with another trophy for her mantel. McKenna took home the Grammy last night for her song, 'Humble and Kind.'
This is the 2nd year in a row that the New England singer/songwriter walked away with the trophy for the 'Best Country Song.' Last year, she won for her hit 'Girl Crush' (performed by Little Big Town). This year, Lori has bragging rights for her win for the song, 'Humble and Kind' (performed by Tim McGraw).
It was recently announced Lori will be opening the 'Soul 2 Soul World Tour' with Tim McGraw and Faith Hill in July at the TD Garden in Boston.
