Coolest New Hampshire Seacoast Celebrations Include Kona Concoctions
Going to a friend's birthday party is always fun at any age, but when the ice truck shows up, it's a whole new level of excitement.
My friend turned 30, and decided to invite everyone he knows, even people on the street, to celebrate with him. It was a dynamic move on his part, as he hired the Kona Ice Truck to part at a specific spot in downtown Boston for hours.
He gave out free ice cones to everyone who came to celebrate with him, and many passersby who saw the crowd by the truck. It was great fun for everybody, with no clean-up.
Kona Ice is a franchise with trucks all around the world. In fact, it's the largest food truck company in the world, according to kona-ice.com.
It's based off the idea of an ice cream truck (but with a twist), and was started in 2007 in Kentucky before eventually going global.
You are served shaved ice, and can then add your own flavoring. It's minimal service for the owner of the truck, but you still get to see all the smiles.
Kona Ice of the Seacoast is one of many local trucks you can rent out for parties, gatherings, or corporate events.
To find out more about the franchise, or where to find your local Kona Ice Truck for an event, go to kona-ice.com, or check out Kona Ice of the Seacoast Facebook page. Kona Ice is nut, gluten, and dairy-free!
