New Hampshire Mourns Death of Popular Clarks Trading Post Wolfman
Yesterday, Clarks Trading Post announced via their Facebook page that Bill 'Wolfman' Farrand has died. According to Clarks Trading Post, Farrand began his career on a part-time basis back in 1993. Farrand, who lived in Lincoln passed away on April 2nd at the age of 60 (read obituary here).
Farrand, was possibly the most-famous of all the 'Wolfman' characters at Clarks Trading Post. According to the Concord Monitor, he played the role for 14 years. If you went to Clarks and took the train ride, you'd see him dressed in character and yelling at 'trespassers' that they were 'nothin' but city-slickin' pigeon-lickin', yellow-bellied, long-nosed geezers!'
