The loss of a child is truly an unimaginable one. My heart goes out to any parent who has had to experience this deep rooted pain. I honestly don't know how you ever the same after some like that happens to your family.

Giuseppe M Bonanno was tragically taken from this world too soon in a motorcycle accident in Belmont, New Hampshire, when he was only 18-years-old.

The Giuseppe M. Bonanno Foundation's Facebook describes him so perfectly:

"Giuseppe’s energy, enthusiasm, and loyalty were a beacon to everyone who knew him. Whether he was out on a fishing trip, cheering on his friends and teammates, or engaging in adventures, his light never dimmed. "

His family wanted to honor his legacy and start a non profit in his to name. The Giuseppe M. Bonanno Foundation empowers New Hampshire youth and families through the love of the outdoors and provide opportunities that reflect Giuseppe’s joy for life, adventure, and his commitment to others.

Their mission is to provide resources and support for young people to engage in outdoor activities, wildlife preservation, and community-building initiatives. From scholarships and sports events to mentorship, they are committed to fostering a sense of belonging, confidence, and purpose. They also aim to support children and families coping with grief, as the loss of Giuseppe has deeply shaped the heart and mission of this foundation.
They have held a few fundraising events for the foundation and they have a really great event coming up on July 19th. Behold the Summer Mullet Extravaganza:
