Another month, another round of new restaurants to debut in New Hampshire.

At least six places opened their doors in March 2026, including new locations, expansions, and even a grand re-opening years after closing.

Time to clear your calendar because you've got some eating to do.

Both January and February saw a variety of new restaurants appear on the Granite State scene, and March is simply joining the party with its own fresh eateries to check out.

One of those places comes from James Beard-nominated chef Evan Hennessey with the opening of Topolino in Dover.

The superstar chef shared on Instagram that this new casual Mediterranean restaurant right on the Cocheco River will focus on "family style dining and bringing our community together."

Hennesey has opened other restaurants as well, including Stages at One Washington in 2012 and The Living Room in 2021, both in Dover.

Over in Manchester, Caesario's Pizza and Subs made its grand opening, one that felt like a long time coming.

The iconic pizza place had closed about four years ago after a fire damaged the building in 2022, according to WMUR.

Now, under new ownership, Caesario's has debuted once again with fresh renovations, new foods like fried Oreos, and, of course, returning pizza favorites, Manchester Ink Link reported.
