NH Starbucks Are Hooking up Healthcare Workers with Free Coffee

Yesterday Starbucks announced that from now until May 3rd first responders will be able to redeem a free tall coffee hot or iced! According to the NY Post this policy includes police officers, firefighters, paramedics, doctors, nurses, medical staff and medical researchers. But wait, there's more! The Starbucks Foundation will also be donating a combined $500,000 to charitable organizations to support front-line responders during the pandemic.

Starbucks is also taking real good care of their employees during this time. They will be offering their employees pay for 30 days, whether they come into work or not and will continue to offer mental health and sick pay benefits. I think it's safe to say that Starbucks and McDonald's will survive this pandemic and whatever economic crisis that follows. But it is pretty incredible to see these big organizations stepping up to help during these trying times.
