There's just nothing not to like about a taco.  Everyone loves them.  We have some of the best places to go for the crunchy, spicy and not so spicy lunch or dinner option for so many - and not just on Tuesdays.

This Rochester, NH Restaurant Has Great Atmosphere and the Tacos are Amazing

Recently, a friend of mine and I went to Cinco's Cantina in Rochester, New Hampshire. They have two other locations in Dover and Epping if that's more convenient for you.

They have several taco selections on their menu including, the Tacos Al Pastor, which means that the meat is spit grilled, usually and the meat is cut into strips.  Served with pineapple, onions and cilantro.

I have tried their street tacos and for me, that's my favorite.  They are just delicious and come with rice and beans.

Want an Award Winning Chef Making Your Tacos?  This is the Place to Go

The other favorite of mine is located on Route 1 in Portsmouth.  Like I said, it's hard not to like a taco no matter where you get it, but the tacos at Vida Cantina are just BEYOND.  The moment you put that puppy in your mouth, you'll be happy.  Trust me on this one.

Vida Cantina's Chef and Owner is by Dave Vargas who has received all kinds of awards including Outstanding Chef Semifinalist for 2023 and Best Chef Northeast Semifinalist for 2022, 2020 and 2019. Let us not forget the James Beard Semi-Finalist in 1991.  Yup, that guy can cook anything, but his Mexican food is off the hook.  I recommend the "fried avocado" tacos, but any one on the menu will delight you.

Take a look at some of the other taco places we consider the best and let us know who we forgot!
