Do you have anything that isn't necessarily expensive but it's sentimental value makes it priceless?

For me, I have a few things from my late Grandmother (we called her Bubbie) that I feel that way about.

The one that sticks out in my head is this little plug in fireplace that she had in her family room. I honestly think it was from Ocean State Job Lot. She loved how that thing cranked out heat and simulated real flames. She felt like it was just as nice and ambient as a real fireplace. We would all just agree because the thing made her happy and that's all that matters.

When she passed away and we were cleaning out her house my dad said that I could take some stuff to remember her by. Of course I took the fireplace! Every time we turn it on I can hear her voice talking about how great it is. I think I'll keep it even when it doesn't work anymore, for memories sake.

For Amylee Bisson, her nostalgic item is this stuffed puppy affectionately called "Pepere pup"

She posted to the U Local New Hampshire Facebook page asking for help because Pepere Pup has gone missing! He was left in a shopping cart the other day while she was shopping at Hannaford on Hanover Street in Manchester. She has gone back to the store looking for it but no one has seen him.

This pup is extremely special because Amylee's father who recently passed away gave the pup to her son. She is willing to give a reward to the person who returns this nostalgic stuffy to her.

If you find the pup in question please reach out to Amylee Bisson on Facebook and let her know.
