NH’s Senate Has Voted To Decriminalize Pot

House Bill 640 was green lighted by 17-6 vote

WMUR is reporting that The NH State Senate will the House in the passing of legislation to decriminalize smaller amounts of pot in NH.

How much is "smaller amounts" you ask? 3/4 of an ounce.

The bill is likely to be signed by Governor Chris Sununu and would make it so that anyone 18 years of age or older to be only fined if found in possession of up to 3/4 oz. of marijuana.
