This authorization is only temporary.

According to Fosters, Jeff Goss, owner of Clipper Tavern in Portsmouth thinks this is a decent option and will benefit people who want one stop shopping. This can add value and potentially help restaurants during these difficult times. Now folks can order a lobster roll with a bottle of Chardonnay to go! I don't hate it.
