Popular NH Mexican Chain Closes its Bedford Location

According to the Union Leader, Shorty's Mexican Roadhouse is sadly down to two locations after they closed their Bedford restaurant over the weekend which had been open since May of 1990.

Jon Carnevale, owner of all three Shorty's locations, said he was presented with an offer for the Bedford space that he couldn't refuse. He thinks it is for the best and now they can focus their efforts on the two tremedously successful Manchester and Nashua locations.

The two remaining Shorty's are located at 1050 Bicentennial Drive in Manchester, and at the Nashua Mall on Gusabel Avenue in Nashua.
