NH Police Got a Leafy Surprise After Investigating a Call About a ‘Suspicious Woman’

Police responded to a call to concerning Portsmouth's State Street bank on Sunday. According to the police log, the tip came in about a suspicious woman in the lobby.

The caller wasn't sure if the woman was conscious, and that she could show authorities where the woman was seated in the bank, which was not open.

Upon investigation, police determined  the woman in question was a potted plant.
