Kids should be a little less nervous heading to school this year.

This week, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media is flooded with back to school pics. This is also the not so subtle reminder to enter your best photo through the WOKQ mobile app for a shot at lunch with Kira and her mom at Shorty's Mexican Roadhouse. Monday, at the William Allen School in Rochester, all teachers were on hand for a workshop day. In advance of students returning today (Tuesday), all staff danced their way through a “Welcome Back Challenge” for the grades K-5 students.

Reported by Fosters Daily Democrat, Principal Lynn Allen said. “We did a tweet a couple of weeks ago on Twitter, which was very well received, so as a follow up we thought we would invite the whole staff to participate in sort of a little dance challenge with our school." "We are also very excited to have our school resource officer Frank Porfido involved.”
