Rooftop at the Envio Opens atop the AC Hotel in Portsmouth

Get ready for a dining and drinking experience like no other. With breathtaking sunset views over the Piscataqua River. Seacoastonline.com reports that The AC Hotel located at 299 Vaughan Street in Portsmouth just opened the Rooftop with an indoor bar and restaurant that has 99 seats. In the summer, once the warmer weather rolls around, the outdoor patio section will host 96. The interior is a combination of high-top tables, soft lounge seating, and private cabanas. The interior ambiance is luxurious with light fixtures that look like champagne bubbles and a live moss wall.

The restaurant and bar will feature cocktails and some local beers such as Liars Bench and Bad Lab Beer. The food will have something for everyone like carved beef tenderloin, lobster and brown butter bisque, smashed fingerling potatoes, chimichurri, and a blue cheese wedge, cedar-planked northern harvest salmon and of course, a hamburger plate. Seacoastonline.com says that the Rooftop at the Enviro is open seven days a week; 5 to 10 pm Sunday through Thursday and 5 to 11 pm Friday and Saturday.
