Scotty McCreery Serenades At Heartfelt WOKQ Sessions

The Newburyport Five Cent Savings Bank produced performance wowed fans last Thursday before his show at Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom.

Former American Idol Scotty McCreery paid a visit to the new performance space at the WOKQ studios in Dover. It's easy to forget how long Scotty has been around. In fact, he pointed out the "new guy" was celebrating five years in the band. Speaking of 'five,' Scotty delivered a riveting rendition of his most recent #1 hit, "Five More Minutes." Before playing the song, Scotty shared a story on it's connection to New Hampshire's seacoast.

He lead the show with fan favorite "See You Tonight."

2018 has been a really hot year for Scotty. The aforementioned Five More Minutes was his biggest hit in years, and he's proving it wasn't a fluke with a solid follow-up single, which he also dished out to WOKQ listeners called "This Is It"

Finally, he wrapped the show with one of his biggest songs, the instant sing-along "Feelin It."
